DIRECT FROM VILLAGE BATCHES

Bestsellers Beloved by Generations

Undiluted heritage pantry staples made in small batches every week.
VISUAL CHRONICLE

Every jar has a story

In rural Bengal households, cooking is not an obligation—it is a spiritual rhythm. We document the slow patience that goes into sun-curing spices, stone-grinding masalas, and hand-skimming fresh butter.
SIL-NORA GRIND

Ancestral Stone Milling

No automated blade turns essential spice oils. Every seed gently crushed to preserve volatile aroma compounds.

HANDCRAFTED IN BRASS VESSELS

Slow Churned Ghee

Sun-Cured for 40 Days

Our pickles never touch synthetic vinegar. Raw unripe orchard mangoes are marinated in crushed fenugreek and cold mustard oil, left under open Bengal sunshine on clay terrace rooftops.

The pungency of Brambhi's mustard oil takes me straight back to my Dida's kitchen in Shyambazar. Fish fry made in this oil has that unmistakable punch you simply cannot get from supermarket oils.
